Shipping Policy:
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the shipping cost during checkout before confirming your order.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the Kingdom of Bahrain. For GCC orders, kindly DM for further assistance. 
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 business days after processing.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
Eligibility: We do not accept returns of used or opened items.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Securely package your return with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items that meet our return criteria.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Additional Considerations:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance @
Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as final sale items or perishable goods, cannot be returned.
